Guardian Angels community nursing support aims to assist people living with a disability to maintain their independence through high quality nursing care in the privacy and comfort of their own home.

The type of medical support can be tailored to your specific needs and all services are delivered by our fully registered and qualified nursing staff who work in conjunction with your broader medical support team, including doctors and specialists.

The types of treatments delivered will be determined by your specific medical needs, however many of our clients choose our Community Nursing services for common treatments, such as:

  • Enteral (Naso-Gastric Tube – Jejunum or Duodenum) Feeding and Management
  • Tracheostomy Management
  • Complex Bowel Care
  • Subcutaneous Injections
  • Complex Wound Management
  • Day-to-day management of medications
  • Urinary Catheter Management (In-dwelling Urinary Catheter, In-out Catheter, Suprapubic Catheter)
